What are your fees?
There are a variety of fees depending on how extensive you want to go with your training. there is more exclusive one on one training, or a normal 2x workouts each week with monthly chats. there is additional add ons with nutrition and sports psychology. all these can be found under the pricing plan tab.
What is coaching?
A coach is someone who helps you improve your performance based on your personal internal and external goals. A Coach helps encourage stregth and personal growth by getting athletes to adjust their training and focus on the right workouts. As an example, on your own, you may be inclined to ride too long or too hard on your recovery rides. A coach can give an objective perspective and keep those kinds of mistakes in check, leading to greater performance on key interval sets and bigger jumps in fitness.
