Hey all! great showing of about over 20 of you last week. We had a great finish up the volcano climb in 9min. It was a solid effort especially after two other efforts before. PLUS it was nice to get the new Legends of Lava route badge Checked off at the end!
This Friday We take on The London Hills with a bit longer efforts. we are targeting threshold efforts for all THREE main hills we climb...
Fox Hill: 5-6min effort (this will be our warm up)
Leith Hill: 4-5min effort
Box Hill: 5-6min effort
Keith Hill *BEST FOR LAST: 15-18min effort
Get your climbing legs on and make sure to being some Nutrition and hydration along *and an extra sweat towel! it's going to be a bit over a hour workout as we will cover 34km with a chance to finish the route after the meet up for bonus points (yes Box Hill will be the bonus climb)!
