Dear Coach, good progress in today’s session. Your heart rate follows power efforts (indicating good coupling .. a sign of base 🦄 fitness). I also note you didn’t stop for doughnuts during ride (were they in the Camelbak🤔). Perhaps a little more consistency in green zone (I can recommend a good zones chart if needed … suggest laminating as can wipe off residual doughnut / chocolate). We can work on this in future training … will create some Sweet Spot Stomp Surge Pain Intervals for you (Very very red zone, cadence 160+). You rock (and roll) 🦔

Not sure I can make this now as was up at 5am trying to complete a swim session the coach had put in my schedule this week. My thrashing about / drowning whilst attempting butterfly probably attracted the crocodile. Workout partially completed 2/5 stars. 😢🦔
