Rest day is my favorite day! The oblique set that’s coming next is going to be killer. Also, who knew that you could do squats while brushing your teeth?

Whew. Felt good enough (after a crazy amount of sleep) to get in Day 10. Hardest 50 seconds of the day, though, that’s for sure!

Almost forgot! Day 9 for me and 50 seconds! We’ll see how this weekend goes as I deal with any fallout from the flu and shingles vaccinations.

Day 7 = check! 45 seconds ftw!

I kept with it over the weekend (not always a sure thing! I swear my comfy chair has its own gravity on weekends!) and reached 40 seconds today!
