Another Friday SMASH session coming up! This week is going to be focus on Vo2 max 1min efforts. We will be heading over to Austria "Innsbruckring" and takin on 6 x 1 min efforts at vo2 max followed by a max effort 10-15 sec sprint.
We are targeting out glycolytic system where oxygen is used at the maximum capacity. Following up with a max sprint, we are training the body to recover fast and introducing a stressor to increase adaptation and strength.
Be sure if you need extra warm ups, to get in a pre warm up and be ready to rock and roll up that awesome steep punchy climb and take on some good sprints.
