This friday we are going to get into some muscular strength through low cadence high resistance climbing. This can be known as the 'on bike strength work' that is VERY important to incorporate to help build stronger muscle and have more power. Remember when I said there was a time and place for that low chugging cadence below 60 rpm.. well today will be the day!
We are taking on 2x steep long climbs, this will allow to really tear into the muscle and build the strength we need to put out more power. Doing so will increase the mitochondrial *energy house cells of our body and allow us to be stronger and fitter all in one! It's a good package to have so let's get to Innsbruck and bring all your extra pairs of legs!
