Wow how awesome was that weekend?! Great to see some of you on today’s Canyon Ranch Zwift ride! It was a pleasure to lead! With that we are chilling out today and keeping it easy for the core challenge… don’t worry we will be back at it tomorrow!

*MATTHEW AND I got to get outside and ride some nice closed roads to some pretty springs!
Rode outside Sunday w some friends. Rode to one of my favorite spots, which eventually takes us to the water (Puget Sound) w a view of the Olympic’s. We talked up a storm the entire time. Ms. gentle Maven, did AWESOME at her trial Friday & Saturday. So proud of how far she has come from when we first got her bk in January ‘19 as a older dog who was rehomed. (8+yo then). We are the lucky ones❤️
