This week I am out in sunny California for a gravel camp but would love to welcome my most amazing boyfriend Matthew who will be our guest for this FRIDAY! He will be riding as me… and don’t you worry, I have a good workout planned for you!

Two Bridges: one of Matthew’s favorites… and I also love this route! We will be taking on there laps taking in three MAX effort sprints and three climb efforts at Vo2 max!
We will get into the perks of training at sprint and vo2 max zones to better your cardiovascular 🫀 system and your strength. There will be a sprint right off the start, but we will not do the first initial sprint as we will warm the first 5km and then get the day off in the first climb.
