Well those planks will warm you up in a hurry. Tried creative counting (forward, backwards, sets of some funky combination to get to 10 then wa-la 100 just like that). Cheering squad, Elle was close by, doing her doggie thing. What is if w pets wanting to be right by your side? Either way, I love her company & companionship.
